1. Purchase Process:
1.1. To purchase artworks from our online store, customers must place an order through our website Sheleg Art Gallery.
1.2. By placing an order, customers agree to provide accurate and complete information required for the purchase, including personal details and shipping address.
1.3. Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation email with details of their purchase.
2. Payment:
2.1. Payment for artworks must be made using the payment methods available on our website at the time of purchase.
2.2. Prices for artworks are listed in euro and do not include shipping fees or applicable taxes, which will be added to the total purchase price.
3. Delivery:
3.1. We aim to process and ship orders within 5 business days from the date of purchase, subject to product availability and any unforeseen circumstances.
3.2. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination. Customers will be provided with an estimated delivery timeframe at the time of purchase.
3.3. We use reputable shipping carriers to deliver artworks to customers. Once shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
3.4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
3.5. Deliveries outside the EC may be subject to import duties & tax, payable on delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
